A Little History:

Following a 1954 Supreme Court ruling, the Adams Morgan Better Neighborhood Conference was formed, uniting four neighborhoods and two elementary schools. Adams Morgan prides itself on a legacy of elite colonial families, Jewish merchants, liberal activists,  transportation planners and revolutionaries.
